6. Fees & Payment
Collective Cremation
Prices from €55 (subject to change)
Additional services/ products may incur extra charges
Funeral Plan Inclusive Collective Pet Plan
A free Collective will is included only when an Elysium Funeral Plan is paid in full
This offer is subject to eligibility and may be withdrawn at any time
All fees will be clearly communicated before proceeding.

Elysium may introduce you to third-party providers.
These providers operate independently.

8. Timescales
We aim to complete the Pet Plan process promptly; however, timescales may vary depending on:

Elysium does not guarantee specific completion timeframes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elysium shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential losses
Delays caused by third parties
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.
10. Cancellation & Refunds
Clients may cancel services prior to document preparation
Once will drafting has commenced, fees may be non-refundable
Any third-party costs already incurred are non-refundable
Refunds, where applicable, are at the discretion of Elysium.
11. Data Protection & Privacy
Elysium processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.Your information will be used solely for:
Providing services
Coordinating with relevant professionals
Legal and administrative purposes
